Appointment booking: Please book all appointments online only via the arzt-direkt app. You can download the app hereand link it to your child’s medical record. This link must be activated in person at the practice, and our team will be happy to help you.

Communication with the practice: If you would like to contact us personally, or if you have questions regarding appointments or requests for forms (follow-up referrals, repeat prescriptions, or an extension of a child sickness certificate), please use only the messenger service in the arzt-direkt app. This service is secure and reliable. Emails cannot be processed on a same-day basis.

Digital waiting room: When attending your appointment, please use the express self-check-in so that you can be admitted to our digital waiting room immediately. Instructions are available directly at the reception desk.

Data protection consent form: Please bring the signed consent form for patient data in case of practice takeover and the consent form for data processing with you to your first visit. Due to the practice takeover, we also ask existing patients to submit the forms with their signature as a one-time requirement.

Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we separate our well-child check-up and vaccination clinic for healthy children and adolescents from our acute care clinic for sick children. We therefore ask you to always book an appointment and, in cases of acute illness, to come with only one accompanying person. Please also book appointments for acute illnesses online at all times.

Cancellation: If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel as early as possible. Via the arzt-direkt app, acute appointments can be canceled up to 6 hours in advance, and all other appointments up to 24 hours in advance. This allows unused appointments to be made available to other patients. If well-child check-up or consultation appointments are not canceled in time, we will unfortunately have to charge for the missed appointment.
